Nutrient-X collects the information needed to analyse your nutrition and produce your report. Some of it is health data, including genetic data, and we treat it accordingly. We collect only what is necessary to generate your results and operate your account, and we never sell it.
We use this information to produce your results, operate your account and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal or health data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data is shared strictly when necessary to operate the platform responsibly and securely—such as with trusted service providers who help with hosting, analytics, or customer support. These partners are required to follow strict confidentiality and security standards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, and integrity of our users and the Nutrient-X platform. Outside of these limited and essential situations, your personal data remains private and fully under your control.
Your health data is visible only to you unless you explicitly share it. If you invite a dietitian or nutritionist, you choose which categories of data they can see, and you can revoke that access at any time.
You can export everything you have given us, and permanently delete your account and all associated health data, at any time from your account settings. Deletion is irreversible.
